Built around a robust brushless motor, precision-balanced rotor, and space-qualified electronics, SW-11 and SW-500 offer fine speed control, low micro-vibration, and low magnetic residuals, enabling tight pointing budgets even on smallsats.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

SW-11 and SW-500 are the attitude control backbone for next -generation nanosatellite missions.

With a designed lifetime of more than 5 years and growing on-orbit heritage, SW-11 delivers the stable, precise pointing performance demanded. Since June 2024, 13 reaction wheels across 5 satellites have been operating in orbit, with an additional 16 wheels scheduled to launch on 4 more satellites in early 2026, continually expanding SW-11’s space heritage.

Designed for a lifetime of more than five years and fully qualified, the SW-500 is engineered to support long-duration missions and sensitive payloads on 50–100 kg platforms. With its first launch expected in June 2026, it offers a well-characterised, flight-ready design to support upcoming missions.
