Data Per Pass Reliably, Reliably, Efficiently and at Scale
LEO satellites generate more data than ever, but downlink windows remain short and link conditions change rapidly from pass to pass. X-Band Transmitter was developed by Plan-S to meet these high data-rate demands by combining X-band operation in the 8.025–8.4 GHz band, flexible modulation and coding options, and integration-friendly electrical interfaces.
With in-flight configurable output power and a modular split between the Main Module and Power Amplifier Module, X-Band Transmitter is engineered for practical satellite integration, supporting both single missions and scalable constellations that require repeatable, production-ready downlink performance.
