Connecta IoT Network Batch#3: Direct-to-Satellite IoT and an Evolved Architecture

The third batch of Connecta IoT Network satellites builds on the heritage of Batch#1 and Batch#2, adding four more 6U spacecraft that further increase capacity, resilience, and coverage.

These LEO satellites retain the rigorously validated IoT payloads, antennas, software, and three-link architecture (ISL, high-speed data, TM/TC), enhanced through successive upgrades for higher efficiency and reliability.

A key milestone in Batch#3 is the first in-orbit use of the newly developed Direct-to-Satellite (D2S), purpose-built to connect ground devices directly to the satellite, strengthening Connecta IoT Network as a powerful, space based IoT connectivity layer.
